Meet Ashley
Ashley Dalton has spent more than 15 years at the intersection of strategy and creativity—building businesses from the ground up, leading marketing at New Mexico's largest e-commerce company, and developing the kind of rare fluency in both data and creative execution that most organizations try to find in two different people.
At Rio Grande, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, she led an 18-person cross-functional marketing team and developed a content strategy that drove more than $150M in organic revenue. She has built and run her own businesses, managed teams, overhauled operations, and helped clients find the growth that was sitting just out of reach.
People who work with Ashley tend to say the same things: that she is unusually calm, that she listens more than she talks, that she has a way of making complex problems feel manageable. She brings high-level strategic thinking without the ego that usually comes with it. The work is always about your business.
She is also a painter, metalsmith, and lifelong music obsessive who has collected vinyl for more than 20 years, performed in bluegrass and freak folk bands and as a lounge singer, and whose daily playlist moves from Bach to Peruvian harp music to psychedelic pop.
